Handmade in my North Berwick studio, this personalised Scottish coastline ring transforms your favourite stretch of Scotland into a bespoke sterling silver ring. Whether it's the beach where you grew up, an island you return to every summer or the coastline where you got engaged, each ring is individually hand-cut to tell your story.

Your chosen coastline is carefully hand-pierced from recycled sterling silver, creating two separate pieces representing the land and the sea. Designed to sit neatly together on your finger, the ring becomes a wearable reminder of somewhere that means the world to you.

Available in either 6mm or 8mm widths, each ring is hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office and handmade using 100% recycled sterling silver. You can also choose to add a tiny ethically sourced diamond to mark a favourite place along your coastline.

  • Because these rings are made in two interlocking parts, getting the size right is important.

    If you're unsure, we recommend using Hannah's Ring Sizing Service before ordering. She can also advise on the best width for your hand and, if needed, send sample rings to try at home.

  • Yes. Every Hannah Louise Lamb ring is hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office, guaranteeing the precious metal content of your ring.

  • Yes. Hannah can work from anywhere in Scotland, from tiny bays and islands to long stretches of coastline. Simply tell her the place that's meaningful to you and she'll create a mock-up before making your ring.

  • The coastline ring is made in two separate pieces - land and sea. If the sizing is spot on, they sit snug on your finger and stay together as you wear it. They’re not fixed, so if the ring is loose or your hands are cold, the halves may move.

  • Each ring is presented in our signature pebble-shaped box, which is made from sustainable mulberry paper. You'll also receive a polishing cloth, Scotch-Brite, and a care guide so you can keep your ring looking its best for years to come.

  • Most people choose the 8mm ring for larger hands and the 6mm ring for smaller hands, but there are no rules. The best choice depends on the look you prefer. If you're unsure, Hannah is always happy to help. She can even send sample rings so you can compare the widths before ordering.
