Production time will vary depending on the intricacy of the piece and the materials used. If you have any questions about production time please contact us before or after you have placed your order.

• Within the UK, standard delivery is FREE.

All orders are shipped as standard by Royal Mail "Tracked 48" or Royal Mail "Special Delivery", depending on the order value.

Please note choosing a faster delivery service affects only the in transit time not the making time of your piece. Please let Hannah know if your order is urgent.

• Standard international delivery is £15 or FREE over £150.

All orders are automatically shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked service, and I will provide you with a tracking number to follow your parcel's progress once posted.

If you would like to upgrade to DHL, please contact me, the cost generally ranges from £30-£50.

Yes, we use Royal Mail to ship internationally free of charge over £150, or £15 for orders under £150. You can upgrade to DHL by contacting me, prices will vary for each country.

Duties and taxes may apply to shipments outside the UK, the customer will be responsible for these charges. It's important to note that Hannah Louise Lamb has no control over these fees, and we cannot provide guidance on the specific costs, as they differ from country to country. For more details, please reach out to your local customs office. Please be aware that we are unable to reimburse you for any duties and taxes paid upon the delivery of your order.

For orders sent with a tracked delivery service, you will receive tracking details within your despatch email.

Yes we do! You can buy one here. Ideal if you don’t know the recipient’s ring size, or as a gift for a colleague, or for a short notice birthday or Christmas present, this handwritten gift voucher can be made out to any value, simply add the preset amounts to your basket to reach your desired gift voucher value (e.g. 2 x £100 voucher and 1 x £50 voucher for a total of £250)

We will send a printed gift voucher in a card wallet, wrapped with ribbon and posted to you or direct to the recipient. 

Orders placed through this website are paid through Stripe with a credit or debit card. You do not need a Stripe account to buy something through this website, and you can learn more about Stripe and their impeccable security here.

We also accept cheque payments and online bank transfers. Please contact us if you would like to make payment with either of these methods.

All pieces are packaged beautifully in a gorgeous mulberry leaf paper or FSC certified cardboard jewellery box, ready to give as a gift. Each piece is sent in a fully recyclable cardboard postal box or eco envelope.
