Payment:
Orders placed through this website are paid through Stripe with a credit or debit card. You do not need a Stripe account to buy something through this website, and you can learn more about Stripe and their impeccable security here.
I also accept cheque payments and online bank transfers. Please contact me if you would like to pay by either of these methods.
Production Time:
Hannah does carry a very small amount of stock, but most pieces are made to order. Depending on the piece, manufacturing your jewellery usually takes anywhere from a couple of days to around six weeks. If you have a question about delivery times for your order please contact Hannah. For remodelling jobs allow 12-16 weeks.
Custom Jewellery:
All custom pieces are hand made to order with your own unique choice of subject. If you have any queries about how the final result will look, Hannah can email you a mock up to check before I start cutting.
Because of the two part nature of the custom ring's design, they are very tricky to re-size (though not impossible), so it’s best to get the sizing right first time if possible. Where gemstones are involved this becomes even tricker, so if you have any doubts on the sizing please contact Hannah beforehand. There will be a fee of £25 to re-size your plain coast ring, or £35 if your ring has a flush set diamond or sapphire stone set in it. Two tone coast rings and bezel set gemstone rings cannot be resized.
Please not that we cannot accept returns on any personalised or bespoke orders.
Remodelling:
Hannah can remodel your existing jewellery into a new coast ring or mountain ring. Please see the BESPOKE page here for more details. Please bear in mind that Hannah cannot accept responsibility for gemstones that she has not provided (for example some old heirloom stones may have weaknesses, or inclusions and fissures hidden by settings, that are only revealed when dismantling the original jewellery, or when setting into the new piece). Allow around 12-16 weeks for a remodel.
Returns:
We hope you will be delighted with your piece of Hannah Louise Lamb jewellery, however, please contact Hannah if you have a problem with your piece.
As above, we cannot accept any returns on bespoke, personalised items, so we ask for your particular care and attention when ordering these pieces. If you need help with sizing before ordering, please see the FAQ page here.

To complete your order we will need: your address, the delivery address, your email address (to send confirmation of your order to and any other order details such as a design for your jewellery), and your phone number for urgent questions about your order or for the delivery form (if using a courier service).
