EU Withdrawal for Eligible Stock Items

At Hannah Louise Lamb, almost every piece is made to order in our North Berwick studio, often created to reflect a place, memory or story that means something deeply personal to you. Because of this, bespoke, made-to-order, rings and clearly personalised jewellery is not eligible for cancellation under the EU statutory right of withdrawal.

A small number of items on our website are ready-made pieces. If you are an EU customer and have purchased an eligible item, you may have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

This page is for those eligible stock items only. It does not apply to bespoke jewellery, made-to-order pieces, personalised items, engraved items, customised sizes, or any piece created specially for you. If you are unsure if your item is eligible, please contact Hannah.

What to do

If you would like to withdraw from your order for an eligible stock item, please complete the form below within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt by email as soon as possible.

If your withdrawal is valid, we will then email you with the return instructions. Please do not send your item back until you have received those instructions, so we can make sure it is returned to the correct address and logged properly on arrival.

Important notes

The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to eligible stock items. It does not apply to jewellery that has been made to order, personalised, engraved, sized to your specification, or otherwise created especially for you.

If your order includes both an eligible stock item and a bespoke or personalised piece, only the eligible stock item may fall within the statutory withdrawal right.

Returned items should be sent back in appropriate packaging and in suitable condition. Once your return has been received and checked, any refund due will be processed in line with your statutory rights.
