This handmade gold ring is meticulously crafted into two interlocking parts, cut into the shape of a coastline.

Understated and bespoke, the coastline rings are made from 9ct gold in my workshop near Edinburgh.

The ring is beautifully packaged in a black jewellery box and makes an unusual wedding ring or engagement band.

Coastline Ring FAQ

  • We need enough coastline to go right around the band. Just let me know the place you have in mind and I’ll take a look at the map to find the right scale. Sometimes it works best to zoom right in on a single bay, other times a longer stretch of coast works better. I’ll send over a mock-up before we start.

  • The coastline ring is made in two separate pieces - land and sea. If the sizing is spot on, they sit snug on your finger and stay together as you wear it. They’re not fixed, so if the ring is loose or your hands are cold, the halves may move.

  • Yes - I can set an ethically sourced flush diamond into one half of the ring to mark a particular location. Just let me know where, and I’ll send you a layout to confirm the perfect placement.

  • Each ring is presented in our signature pebble-shaped box, which is made from sustainable mulberry paper. You'll also receive a polishing cloth, Scotch-Brite, and a care guide so you can keep your ring looking its best for years to come.
