Honestly? 5000 stars would still not be enough. The best. Best customer service- Hannah was responsive, warm, patient, thorough- did I mention patient? I asked so many questions and fretted over so many details, and she was kind and lovely and professional throughout. And our rings arrived exactly when she said they would. And the rings!!!! The rings are exquisite. My sister looked at mine and said “I think that’s the most beautiful piece of jewelry I’ve ever seen.” My partner and I chose the CA coastline from Carmel to Mendocino, and the detail and craftsmanship are just incredible. I am usually terrible at remembering to write reviews, but I cannot sing enough praises about Hannah Louise Lamb. I’m so glad I found her.
