BESPOKE FAMILY PORTRAIT AND WEDDING BAUBLES
Each year I make a silver bauble for each of my children - something to mark the little milestones and memories that have shaped their year. It’s become one of our family traditions, and after so many requests, I’ll be offering a limited number of these custom silver baubles for commission.
Hand-cut from a thick sheet of solid silver, each one is made using your own photograph as a guide - a family walking hand-in-hand, a wedding moment, or just a favourite photo of you and a loved one. I will also include ‘2026’ on the bauble to mark the year (this can be changed on request). and it will be suspended on a piece of ribbon ready to add to your tree.
HOW IT WORKS
Simply fill out this form and submit 1-3 photos and I will create a silhouette outline of the most suitable photo. To get the best results, it helps if your image shows:
Everyone standing in a line (side-by-side or holding hands works beautifully)
Clear, full-body outlines
Good lighting and contrast
Outfits that give a nice silhouette
Wedding photos and special family portraits often work really well - or you can take a new picture with this in mind. If you’re unsure, feel free to email me first, I’m happy to advise before you order.
DETAILS & PRICING
Each bauble is completely bespoke. I start with a circular, thick sheet of sterling silver, I then hand pierce your chosen silhouette onto another sheet of silver and attach it to the bauble to give a 3D effect, the silhouette will have a polished finish and the bauble will have a matte finish for contrast.

Each silhouette is individually cut by hand (no lasers here), a piece of art that can be hung on your tree year after year.
The price for each bauble is approximately £300.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR PHOTO
Many photo’s may not be quite right for the family portrait bauble. Ideally the photo will be full length and each person will be shown clearly, this works great if you’re holding hands. Here are some examples of photos that work well:
